Wow I can not believe it has been so long since I have updated my blog! Believe me, my absence was not by choice.
This has been one of, no THE craziest year of my life, some ways good, but, unfortunately, most of it was bad.
Lets see, where have the last 8 months gone??
Well, first, my aunt passed away unexpectedly, then a week later my cousin (her daughter) had her baby. My hubby and I bought our first home and moved in it, and my grandmother in law passed away. Then my beautiful baby turned 1 year old, and 2 days later my Papa passed away. Then my ex aunt filed for divorce on my uncle, and a close family friend passed away. I went back to work 2 days a week, and my brother bought the house just catty cornered from us. Then my darling hubby broke his collar bone in a freak 4 wheeler accident.
So that brings me up to date, hubby is still recovering from the accident, on light duty at work, and I have just been trying to hold everything together around here! So I guess its needless to say that my sewing supplies have been collecting dust in the spare bedroom, but I have started to get them out again and with summer coming to an end I believe things will start to slow down and I will be able to focus on that again.
